XL1-Blue MRF Supercompetent Cells are high-efficiency E. coli cells designed for the transformation of DNA in molecular biology applications. These cells are derived from the XL1-Blue strain and are engineered to provide high transformation efficiencies, making them suitable for cloning, library construction, and other DNA manipulation techniques. The MRF genotype allows for the propagation of DNA containing methylated cytosines, and the cells are recA1 endA1, which improves plasmid yield and quality. Each package contains 5 tubes of 200 ¼l supercompetent cells, optimized for reliable and reproducible results.
