The pBluescript II KS(+) Phagemid Kit from Agilent Technologies is a versatile cloning vector system designed for high-efficiency subcloning and DNA sequencing applications. The kit features the pBluescript II KS(+) phagemid, which contains a high-copy-number ColE1-based plasmid backbone, an extensive multiple cloning site (MCS), and both T3 and T7 RNA polymerase promoters for in vitro transcription. The vector also supports blue/white screening via the lacZ± gene and can be used for single-stranded DNA production when co-infected with helper phage.
