The Agilent SureSelect OneSeq HiRes Backbone, 6-11.9Mb, 16 rxn (part number 5190-8895) is a component of the SureSelect OneSeq Target Enrichment System. This product provides a high-resolution backbone for copy number variation (CNV) analysis and single nucleotide variant (SNV) detection across 6 to 11.9 megabases of the human genome. Designed for use with next-generation sequencing (NGS) workflows, it enables comprehensive genomic profiling by combining targeted sequencing with genome-wide CNV detection in a single assay. The kit contains reagents sufficient for 16 reactions.
