PfuTurbo DNA Polymerase is a high-fidelity thermostable DNA polymerase designed for robust and accurate PCR amplification. Engineered by Agilent Technologies, this enzyme combines the proofreading activity of Pfu DNA polymerase with enhanced processivity, resulting in superior yield and fidelity compared to standard Taq polymerase. The product is suitable for applications requiring precise DNA amplification, such as cloning, mutagenesis, and sequencing. Each unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that incorporates 10 nmol of dNTP into acid-insoluble material in 30 minutes at 74°C.
