The Brilliant III Ultra-Fast SYBR QPCR Master Mix, Low ROX, 10 x 1 mL (Agilent part number 600903) is designed for high-performance, ultra-fast quantitative PCR using SYBR Green I dye detection. This master mix features a novel hot-start DNA polymerase and optimized buffer system, enabling rapid cycling protocols with high specificity and sensitivity.
