The Brilliant III Ultra-Fast SYBR® QPCR Master Mix, High ROX, 10 x 1 mL (Part Number: 600904) from Agilent Technologies is designed for high-performance, ultra-fast quantitative PCR using SYBR Green detection. This master mix contains a proprietary buffer system and an optimized hot-start DNA polymerase, enabling rapid cycling and high specificity.
