The HIOKI 9017 High Voltage Probe is designed for use with Hioki Memory HiCorders and other compatible measuring instruments. It enables safe and accurate measurement of high voltage signals up to 6 kV AC or DC. The probe features a 1000:1 attenuation ratio, ensuring that high voltage signals are scaled down to safe levels for measurement. It is equipped with a safety design compliant with IEC61010-1 CAT II 600 V standards, and includes a ground lead and test pin for secure connections. The 9017 is suitable for applications such as power electronics, inverter testing, and general high voltage diagnostics.
