The GW Instek MDO-2202EX is a 200MHz, 2-channel mixed domain oscilloscope that integrates a digital storage oscilloscope (DSO), spectrum analyzer, dual channel 25MHz arbitrary waveform generator (AWG), 5,000 count digital multimeter (DMM), and a 5V/1A DC power supply into a single instrument. The oscilloscope features a real-time sampling rate of up to 1GSa/s and a memory depth of 10Mpts per channel. The spectrum analyzer function allows frequency domain analysis up to 200MHz. The built-in AWG provides two independent 25MHz channels for signal generation. The DMM supports voltage, current, resistance, and continuity measurements.
