The Keithley 2461 High Current SourceMeter® SMU Instrument (2461-US) is a precision, high-current source measure unit designed for advanced characterization of modern materials and high-power devices. It delivers up to 10A pulse and 7A DC sourcing and measurement, with 100V maximum voltage, and integrates a high-speed digitizer for capturing transient phenomena. The 2461 features a 5-inch capacitive touchscreen for intuitive operation, TSP® scripting for automation, and built-in test libraries.
