The Keithley 2461 is a High Current SourceMeter® SMU Instrument designed for high current applications, offering up to 10A pulse and 7A DC sourcing and measurement capabilities. It features a 6.5-digit resolution, built-in digitizer for capturing transient signals, and a touchscreen graphical user interface for intuitive operation. The 2461 supports four-quadrant operation, enabling sourcing and sinking of both voltage and current, and is ideal for characterizing high power materials, components, and devices such as LEDs, batteries, solar cells, and power semiconductors. It includes TSP® scripting for automation, multiple communication interfaces (USB, LAN, GPIB), and advanced measurement functions for comprehensive device testing.
