The Keithley 2604B is a dual-channel System SourceMeter SMU Instrument designed for precision sourcing and measurement of voltage and current. Each channel provides 40V and 3A DC (10A pulse) capability, enabling simultaneous, independent operation for two devices under test. The 2604B features Keithleys TSP (Test Script Processor) technology for high-speed automation and parallel test execution, as well as TSP-Link for multi-unit system integration. It offers 6½-digit measurement resolution, built-in web interface for remote control, and advanced measurement functions such as sweep, pulse, and list modes. The instrument is ideal for semiconductor device characterization, reliability testing, and general-purpose automated test systems, supporting both front-panel and remote programming via USB, GPIB, and LAN interfaces.
