The Keithley 2634B is a dual-channel System SourceMeter SMU Instrument designed for precision sourcing and measurement of voltage and current. Each channel can source and measure up to 200V and 1.5A (DC), or 10A (pulse), with a low current measurement capability down to 100 fA. The 2634B features TSP (Test Script Processor) technology for high-speed automation and parallel test execution, making it suitable for semiconductor device characterization, reliability testing, and production test environments. It offers four-quadrant operation, built-in web interface, and advanced triggering and scripting capabilities.
