The Keithley 4200A-4225PMU-RPM9 is an ultra-fast pulse-measure unit (PMU) module designed for use with the 4200A-SCS Parameter Analyzer. This module includes two remote preamplifiers, enabling high-speed pulsed I-V measurements with precise timing and low noise performance. The 4225-PMU module supports pulse widths as short as 200 ns and can source and measure currents from 100 fA to 800 mA and voltages from 2 ¼V to 40 V. The included RPM (Remote Preamplifier Module) units are designed to be placed close to the device under test, minimizing cable capacitance and improving measurement fidelity. The 4200A-4225PMU-RPM9 is ideal for advanced semiconductor device characterization, including NBTI, TDDB, and other reliability testing applications.
