The Keithley 4211-SMU is a High Power Source Measure Unit designed as an option for the 4200A-SCS Parameter Analyzer. It provides precision sourcing and measurement capabilities with a maximum output of ±210 V and ±1 A DC or ±10 A pulsed. The 4211-SMU is engineered for advanced semiconductor device characterization, enabling accurate I-V measurements on high-power devices such as power MOSFETs, IGBTs, and other wide bandgap semiconductors. It features integrated pulse generation and measurement, low current sensitivity, and advanced protection mechanisms to ensure device safety. The 4211-SMU is fully supported by the Clarius software environment, allowing for automated test sequencing, data analysis, and reporting. Its modular design allows seamless integration into the 4200A-SCS chassis, expanding the systems capabilities for research, development, and production testing of high-power semiconductor devices.
