The Keithley 6221 AC and DC Current Source is a precision instrument designed for sourcing both AC and DC currents from 100fA to 100mA with a compliance voltage of up to 105V. It features built-in Ethernet and IEEE-488 interfaces for remote control, and supports a wide range of applications including device characterization, Hall measurements, and resistance measurements.
