The Keithley 6482-E is a dual-channel picoammeter designed for sensitive low-level current measurements, specifically configured for European markets. It offers two completely independent, isolated measurement channels, each capable of measuring currents from 200 fA to 20 mA with 5½-digit resolution. The 6482-E features a high-speed data acquisition rate of up to 1000 readings per second, low noise performance, and built-in voltage source for biasing devices under test.
