It offers a 100:1 attenuation ratio and a bandwidth of 500 MHz, making it suitable for high-frequency and high-voltage applications. The probe features a 10 M© input resistance and a low input capacitance of approximately 8 pF, minimizing circuit loading. It is compatible with oscilloscopes having 1 M© input impedance.
