The Keysight DP0010A is a 250 MHz differential probe designed for use with Keysight oscilloscopes. It offers a differential input voltage range of ±42 V (DC + peak AC) and a common mode voltage range of ±42 V. The probe provides a bandwidth of 250 MHz and a rise time of less than 1.4 ns, making it suitable for high-speed signal measurements. It features a 10:1 attenuation ratio and a high input impedance of 1 M© differential, minimizing circuit loading.
