The Keysight N5262BT12 is a WR12 TxRef mm-wave module designed for use with the Keysight N524xA PNA-X and N522xA PNA network analyzers. This module, manufactured in collaboration with Virginia Diodes, Inc. (VDI), extends the frequency range of the network analyzer to cover the WR12 waveguide band (60 GHz to 90 GHz). The N5262BT12 is part of the N5262B series of mm-wave modules, which enable high-performance S-parameter measurements in the millimeter-wave frequency range.
