It features a rugged, portable design with an IP53 rating for dust and water resistance, making it suitable for harsh environments. The N9960A offers advanced measurement capabilities including spectrum analysis, interference analysis, channel power, occupied bandwidth, and signal demodulation. It provides a touchscreen interface, built-in GPS, and flexible connectivity options such as USB, LAN, and optional Wi-Fi.
