National Instruments Corporation NI PXIe-4137 40W System SMU with SourceAdapt Technology
The NI PXIe-4137 is a high-performance, single-channel, source measure unit (SMU) designed for automated test and measurement applications. It delivers up to 40 W of output power and features SourceAdapt technology, which allows users to optimize transient response for a wide range of device-under-test (DUT) conditions. The PXIe-4137 offers 1 MS/s sampling rate, 6½-digit measurement resolution, and four-quadrant operation for sourcing and sinking current or voltage. It supports voltage ranges up to 60 V and current ranges up to 3 A, making it suitable for testing power semiconductors, ICs, and other electronic components. The module integrates seamlessly with PXI Express systems and is supported by NIs software tools, including LabVIEW and NI-DCPower driver.
