Rohde & Schwarz Time domain analysis (software license)
The R&S®FPC-K54 Time Domain Analysis software license (part number 1316.0156.02) enables time domain analysis functionality on the R&S®FPC spectrum analyzer series. This option allows users to perform cable and antenna measurements by transforming frequency domain data into the time domain, making it possible to locate faults, discontinuities, or mismatches in cables and transmission lines. The software provides features such as distance-to-fault (DTF) measurements, gating, and marker functions, enhancing the diagnostic capabilities of the R&S®FPC instrument. The license is activated via a key code and is compatible with all models in the R&S®FPC family.
