The Rohde & Schwarz 1317.8967.02 is a hardware option for the R&S®ZNB20 4-port vector network analyzer, enabling an extended power range down to -60 dBm. This option is available either ex factory or as a service retrofit and is designed to enhance the instrument's measurement capabilities for applications requiring very low input power levels. By extending the lower power limit, it allows for precise characterization of sensitive components and devices under test. The option is specifically tailored for the R&S®ZNB20 4-port model and must be installed by Rohde & Schwarz service personnel or ordered with the instrument at the time of purchase.
