Rohde & Schwarz AM/FM/PHIM Modulation Analysis (software license)
The Rohde & Schwarz FS-K7 AM/FM/ÆM Modulation Analysis is a software license option for the R&S FSV and R&S FSVA signal and spectrum analyzers. It enables comprehensive analysis of analog modulated signals, including amplitude modulation (AM), frequency modulation (FM), and phase modulation (ÆM). The software provides detailed measurement functions such as modulation depth, frequency deviation, phase deviation, carrier power, and distortion analysis. It supports both single and dual-channel measurements, offers graphical displays of modulation characteristics, and allows for automated test sequences. The FS-K7 option is designed to enhance the capabilities of compatible Rohde & Schwarz analyzers for use in development, production, and quality assurance of analog-modulated transmitters and receivers.
