The R&S®FPS-K91n is a software license option for the R&S®FPS signal and spectrum analyzer, enabling comprehensive WLAN IEEE 802.11n transmitter measurements. This application supports analysis of 802.11n signals, including modulation accuracy, spectrum mask, and spectral flatness, in accordance with the IEEE 802.11n standard. It provides detailed graphical and numerical results for key transmitter parameters, facilitating compliance testing and troubleshooting. The R&S®FPS-K91n requires the base R&S®FPS-K91 WLAN measurement application to operate. The license is delivered electronically and is activated on the instrument.
