The R&S®RTH-K15 Mixed Signal Option (part number 1325.9981.02) is a hardware upgrade for the R&S®RTH1002 and R&S®RTH1004 handheld oscilloscopes. This option enables mixed signal analysis by adding 8 digital channels to the oscilloscope, allowing simultaneous acquisition of analog and digital signals. It supports a bandwidth of 250 MHz and a sampling rate of 1.25 GS/s. The memory depth is 125 kSa per channel when using four analog channels, and 250 kSa per channel when using two analog channels. This option is ideal for debugging and analyzing embedded designs that require both analog and digital signal visibility.
