Rohde & Schwarz History and segmented memory (software license)
The R&S®RTB-K15 History and segmented memory option (software license, part number 1326.1803.02) for the R&S®RTB2000 digital oscilloscope enables advanced acquisition capabilities by allowing users to record, segment, and analyze up to 160,000 individual acquisition segments. This feature is particularly useful for capturing rare or intermittent events, as it stores only relevant signal segments, maximizing memory efficiency. The history function allows users to scroll through previously acquired waveforms for detailed analysis, while the segmented memory supports efficient troubleshooting and debugging of complex signals. The license is activated via a key code and does not require hardware installation.
