The R&S®RTP-K130 TDR/TDT analysis option enables time domain reflection (TDR) and time domain transmission (TDT) measurements on the R&S®RTP oscilloscope. This option, when used with the RTO-B7 pulse source, allows for precise impedance and signal integrity analysis of high-speed digital circuits and interconnects. It provides automated measurement routines, advanced analysis tools, and intuitive user interfaces for characterizing transmission lines, connectors, and PCB traces. The option supports both single-ended and differential measurements, offering high accuracy and repeatability. It is designed for use with the R&S®RTP oscilloscope platform and is compatible with the RTO2000 series when equipped with the appropriate hardware. The license for this option is unregistered and must be activated for full functionality.
