The Eazy De-embedding (EZD) software option for the R&S®ZNB vector network analyzer, part number 1328.8592.02, enables advanced de-embedding capabilities in accordance with IEEE Std 370. This software license allows users to accurately remove the effects of test fixtures, cables, and adapters from S-parameter measurements, ensuring precise characterization of devices under test.
