Rohde & Schwarz In-Situ De-embedding (ISD) for R&S®ZNB, meeting the requirements of IEEE Std 370 (retrofitting possible in service) (software license)
The In-Situ De-embedding (ISD) option for the R&S®ZNB vector network analyzer, part number 1328.8605.02, is a software license that enables advanced de-embedding capabilities directly on the instrument. This option allows users to perform in-situ de-embedding in accordance with IEEE Std 370, facilitating accurate characterization of interconnects and fixtures without the need for external calibration structures. The ISD feature is designed to improve measurement accuracy for high-speed digital and RF applications by compensating for the effects of test fixtures and adapters. Retrofitting is possible in service, allowing existing R&S®ZNB analyzers to be upgraded with this functionality.
