The Smart Fixture De-embedding (SFD) software option for the R&S®ZND vector network analyzer, part number 1328.8692.02, enables advanced fixture de-embedding capabilities in accordance with IEEE Std 370. This software license allows users to accurately characterize and remove the effects of test fixtures from measurement results, ensuring precise S-parameter measurements of devices under test.
