The Rohde & Schwarz 1332.5594.02 is a realtime measurement uncertainty analysis option for the R&S®ZNA vector network analyzer series. This option includes pre-installed Swiss Metrology Institute METAS software, known as 'VNA Tools', which enables advanced uncertainty analysis during S-parameter measurements.
