The Rohde & Schwarz 1332.6210.51 is a hardware option for the R&S®ZNA67 vector network analyzer, providing direct source monitor access for port 1 before the source step attenuator. This option is specifically designed for use with the R&S®ZNA67-B16 or R&S®ZNA67-B21 upgrade options, and is applicable only to the 2-port configuration of the ZNA67. Installation of this hardware option must be performed as a retrofit at a Rohde & Schwarz service center. The direct source monitor access enables advanced measurement capabilities by allowing users to monitor the source signal directly, which is beneficial for certain calibration and test scenarios.
