The R&S® MXO3-B1 Mixed Signal Option (part number 1335.2073.02) enables 16 digital channels for the R&S® MXO 3 Series oscilloscopes. This option includes two RT-ZL03X logic probes, each providing 8 digital inputs, allowing users to simultaneously capture and analyze both analog and digital signals. The MSO capability is activated upon installation of the probes, supporting advanced mixed-signal debugging and protocol analysis.
