The Frequency Response Analysis (FRA) software license (part number 1335.5572.02) enables frequency response analysis functionality on the R&S® MXO 4 series oscilloscopes. This option allows users to perform Bode plot measurements up to 100 MHz using the oscilloscopes internal generator, provided the MXO4-B6 option is installed.
