The R&S®RTM-K15 Mixed Signal Option (part number 1335.8988.03) is a hardware and license option designed for the R&S®RTM3002 and R&S®RTM3004 oscilloscopes. It enables mixed signal analysis by adding 16 digital channels to the oscilloscope, allowing simultaneous acquisition of analog and digital signals. The option supports a maximum digital channel bandwidth of 400 MHz and a sampling rate of up to 2.5 GSa/s, with a memory depth of 100 MSa per channel. This option is ideal for debugging and analyzing embedded designs that require both analog and digital signal visibility. The product includes the hardware module and an unregistered license, which must be activated for use.
