Rohde & Schwarz IEEE 802.11ac, R&S®SMW-K254 and R&S®WinIQSIM2 required (floating license)
The R&S®SMW-K254 is a software option for Rohde & Schwarz vector signal generators, enabling the generation of IEEE 802.11ac WLAN signals. This option supports the creation of standard-compliant signals for testing and verification of WLAN devices according to the IEEE 802.11ac standard. The floating license allows flexible use across multiple instruments within a network. The R&S®SMW-K254 requires both the R&S®SMW200A vector signal generator and the R&S®WinIQSIM2 simulation software. This combination provides advanced capabilities for signal creation, including support for MIMO, channel coding, and modulation schemes as specified by the 802.11ac standard.
