The R&S®SMW-K504 is a software license option for the R&S®SMW200A vector signal generator, enabling a high-speed upgrade of the Pulse Descriptor Word (PDW) streaming rate up to 2 million PDWs per second (2 MPDW/s) for the Realtime Control Interface. This upgrade is designed for demanding radar and electronic warfare applications that require rapid and precise control of signal parameters. The option enhances the real-time capabilities of the instrument, allowing users to stream large volumes of PDWs with minimal latency. The R&S®SMW-K503 option is a prerequisite for this upgrade. The license is delivered electronically and is activated via a key code.
