The R&S®SMW-K545 software option (part number 1414.6529.03) enables pulse-on-pulse and pulse-on-CW simulation with more than two emitters on the R&S®SMW200A Vector Signal Generator. This option increases the pulse descriptor word (PDW) streaming rate per SMW, allowing for advanced radar signal simulation scenarios. It is designed for users who require complex multi-emitter environments for radar and electronic warfare testing. The option requires two R&S®SMW-B9 baseband mainboards, two R&S®SMW-B15 digital baseband interfaces, and two R&S®SMW-K502 real-time sequencing options. The license is delivered as a software key and is intended for professional test and measurement applications.
