The R&S®SMA100B-K710 is a software license option for the R&S®SMA100B RF and microwave signal generator, enabling ultra low noise reference input and output functionality at 100 MHz and 1 GHz. This option allows the instrument to use an external ultra low phase noise reference or to output its own ultra low noise reference signal, significantly improving phase noise performance for demanding applications. The license is delivered electronically and is activated via a key code.
