Rohde & Schwarz AM / FM / PhiM (software license)
The R&S®FSx-K7 AM/FM/¦M Measurement Demodulator is a software license option for Rohde & Schwarz spectrum analyzers, such as the R&S®FSV and R&S®FSW series. This option enables the analyzers to perform comprehensive measurements and demodulation of amplitude modulation (AM), frequency modulation (FM), and phase modulation (¦M) signals. It provides detailed analysis functions including modulation depth, frequency deviation, residual FM/AM, SINAD, THD, and audio analysis. The software supports both analog and digital demodulation, offering graphical displays such as time domain, frequency spectrum, and audio output.
