The R&S®FSW-B67 hardware option extends the frequency range of the R&S®FSW Signal and Spectrum Analyzer to cover 100 kHz to 67 GHz on RF path A. This option is a factory-installed hardware upgrade and cannot be retrofitted after delivery. It enables direct, high-performance analysis of signals up to 67 GHz, supporting advanced applications in wireless communications, aerospace, and defense.
