The Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZM15 (part number 1800.4700.02) is a 1.5 GHz modular probe amplifier designed for use with R&S®RTO and R&S®RTE oscilloscopes. It supports differential, single-ended, and common mode measurements, offering a differential input impedance of 400 k© and single-ended input impedance of 200 k©. The probe features a 1.2 m cable, integrated ProbeMeter for automatic readout of probe parameters, and a micro button for convenient operation. The RT-ZM15 is compatible with firmware version 3.35 or higher on supported oscilloscopes. It is part of the R&S®RT-ZM modular probe system, which allows flexible configuration for a wide range of probing tasks in high-speed signal analysis.
