The R&S®RT-ZM160 is a single-ended active microwave probe designed by Rohde & Schwarz for high-frequency signal measurements up to 16 GHz. Featuring a 1.4 mm pitch, it is optimized for probing fine-pitch structures on modern PCBs and ICs. The probe offers low input capacitance and high input impedance, minimizing signal distortion and loading effects. It is compatible with R&S®RTP, R&S®RTO, and R&S®RTE oscilloscopes equipped with the appropriate probe interface.
