The R&S®RTP-K12 Jitter Analysis option (part number 1801.6829.02) is a software license for Rohde & Schwarz R&S®RTP oscilloscopes. It enables advanced jitter analysis capabilities, including automated measurements for comprehensive jitter characterization and software-based clock data recovery (SW CDR). The option provides tools for analyzing timing jitter, random and deterministic jitter components, and supports in-depth debugging of high-speed serial interfaces.
