The R&S®RTO6-K130 is a software license option for the R&S®RTO6 oscilloscope series, enabling advanced time domain reflection (TDR) and time domain transmission (TDT) analysis. This option, when used in conjunction with the RTO6-B7 pulse source, allows users to perform comprehensive signal integrity measurements on high-speed digital designs, including impedance discontinuity detection, characterization of transmission lines, and analysis of connectors and vias.
