Rohde & Schwarz 6 GHz bandwidth upgrade for RTO6 1 GHz (-B91 required) incl. calibration retrofittable in R&S service only
The R&S RTO6-B6 is a 6 GHz bandwidth upgrade for the R&S RTO6 oscilloscope series. This upgrade increases the bandwidth of an RTO6 oscilloscope from 1 GHz to 6 GHz, enabling advanced signal analysis and measurement capabilities for high-speed applications. The upgrade is retrofittable and must be installed and calibrated exclusively by Rohde & Schwarz service personnel. The RTO6-B91 hardware option is a prerequisite for this upgrade. The bandwidth enhancement allows users to capture and analyze faster signals with greater accuracy, supporting a wide range of demanding test and measurement tasks in research, development, and validation environments.
