The R&S®RTB-B1 Mixed Signal Option (part number 1801.8421.02) is a hardware upgrade for the R&S®RTB2000 series oscilloscopes, enabling mixed signal analysis capabilities. This option adds 16 digital channels to the oscilloscope, allowing simultaneous acquisition and analysis of both analog and digital signals. It supports a maximum digital channel bandwidth of 300 MHz and a sampling rate of up to 2.5 GSa/s. Each digital channel provides a memory depth of 10 Msa, ensuring detailed capture of complex digital signals. The option is designed for seamless integration with the RTB2000 series, enhancing its versatility for debugging and analysis of embedded designs.
