The R&S®RTO6-B104 is a 4 GHz bandwidth upgrade option for the R&S®RTO64 oscilloscope, enabling high-speed signal analysis with a maximum real-time sampling rate of 20 GSa/s. This option is designed to be used exclusively in combination with the R&S®RTO64 base model (part number 1802.0001.04). The upgrade includes all necessary calibration to ensure precise measurement performance and extends the oscilloscopes capabilities for advanced debugging and analysis of fast digital and RF signals. The R&S®RTO6-B104 maintains the instruments low noise floor and high signal fidelity, supporting demanding applications in research, development, and validation environments.
