The Rohde & Schwarz 1802.3146.02 is a software license enabling Frequency Response Analysis (FRA) functionality for the R&S® MXO 5C Series oscilloscopes. This option allows users to perform Bode plot measurements from 10 mHz to 100 MHz, leveraging the oscilloscopes internal generator (option B6 required) as the stimulus source. The FRA application provides automated amplitude and phase response characterization of electronic circuits, such as filters and amplifiers, directly on the oscilloscope. It features intuitive setup, graphical display of results, and integration with the MXO 5Cs advanced measurement capabilities.
